It’s occurred to me how cool the Nick Jr. site is.
I like the global navigation bar here.

And when you click the games section for the kids, a new screen opens, and shows this:
I think it’s strange how buttons can make sound and be dynamic. I also like how the background image help separate the information.
Site I like looking at:
http://www.letsmove.gov/
Site I do not like looking at:
http://www.dciff.org/
This site doesn’t need a screenshot. I think it’s funny how there are two film festivals with the same abbreviated letters, but one is clearly better than the other.

That DC film site can’t be the current one, can it…

When I click on a link, the link takes me to another section of a page, but not necessarily a new page. Ever since this was shown to me in class, I see this everywhere… and it’s cool…

I have to make an MLA research essay about a typeface and its creator for next week’s typography class. I’m choosing the typeface, “DIN” and the typographer Albert-Jan Pool for this assignment, and at some point I was lead to this online magazine. This magazine issue very old (it was made in 2006–6 years ago), but I think this looks cool. Pool actually talks about the font DIN from pages 10-25, so while I may not know much about type history, I’m very likely using this as one of my essay citing sources.
(I’m assuming “Part 4 out of 5″ means that this guy talks in a couple issues and not just this one.)
Update: Yeah, he actually talks in 5 issues about the same font. Okay, then~

I don’t know how I stumbled on to this guy’s portfolio, but I like his layout. It’s very pretty.

His website is pretty.
It’s different from before but, I still think it’s cool. it always react to your mouse when you scroll over.
